Pulling the loose ends together
Without singing why learn chords? I don't mind if their mother sings,
somebody has to.
Without a sense of rhythm music doesn't exist. All songs, except Windmills of
your mind, maybe have spaces where the singer breathes. It is in those spaces
a lead guitarist applies a suitable mode to fill in the gap.
How can you learn to write songs without knowing how to sing a song first?
Playing guitar is the peak of multitasking. Performance is the proof a guitarist
can do it all.
