It was the culmination of three wonderful months when not a single thing went wrong. The record stood for years. It was an hour long lesson covering everything from the fretboard to improvisation. Jim Marshall signed T-shirts. Fender supplied two guitars as prizes. Bletchley Park found 200 chairs at 2am in the morning. There were twice as many there than the 211 stated in the 2006 edition but I had to start at 8pm so I told the queue to find their seats. A genuinely excellent evening. The Worlds Largest Music Lesson. 2004. Venue: Middleton Hall. Milton Keynes
