TMRT – Fretboard Demo

Welcome to The Music Reader's Toolbox – Guitar Edition - Demo

For this demo, I have included pages 1 - 65 from the fretboard section . On

these pages I name all the individual notes on string one. Sharp notes show

the sounds are going higher from open E to fret 12. I Repeat this with the

sounds going lower, from fret 12 to the open E string, using flat notes to

highlight the direction.

All six strings feature in the full version, including tuning the guitar with an

electronic tuner and tuning by ear.

Mastering the fretboard is an important step towards sight reading music. I

use the stave and sight reading music as a platform for creativity.
