Modes and their Chords
This section of The Music Reader's Toolbox, brings you to an area of music
few musicians understand.
When reading music the scale, in the shape of the key signature, indicates
the notes used in the song.
Inside every scale, is something powerful, on a need to know basis, this is
essential.
Inside every scale, seven other scales are waiting for you to discover.
To avoid confusion these scales have a different name, they are called modes.
Inside every mode is a chord.
